Delivery and Returns
Most goods are depatched by contract courier and a signature is required on delivery at the address given by the purchaser when placing the order.
Where customers wish to save delivery charges by collecting from our showroom this must be by prior arrangement and within normal opening hours.
All goods remain the property of Hereward until paid for in full.
Hereward reserve the right to refuse any purchase for whatever reason.
Delivery Charges
Parcels up to 10 kg: £7.95
Parcels over 10 kg: £9.95
Bulk or special orders - price on quotation.
Next day delivery on orders placed before noon, subject to goods being in stock.
Returns Policy
It is company policy not to offer refunds on any goods unless they are proven to be defective. We do however offer an exchange of any non-defective goods so long as they are returned to us in original condition and packaging within 14 working days together with proof of purchase.
Goods purchased that have been worn, soiled or damaged cannot be returned /refunded unless they are proven to be defective.
All returns must be sent to us using Recorded Delivery and addressed to Hereward at 24 Fenlake Business Centre, Fengate, Peterborough PE1 5BQ.
If a credit card refund is due Hereward will make the refund by the last day each month.
Hereward reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be worn, soiled, damaged or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Goods returned may be given a full refund for the products although any carriage costs will not be refunded. It is also the purchasers responsibility to pay for the return of the goods.
